Welcome to the Good Grooves web site

Good Grooves is a soul music show broadcast on Radio Marsden, which serves the two Royal Marsden Hospitals in Sutton and Chelsea, London

Our weekly show is presented each Sunday afternoon from 2pm until 4pm UK time by Paul Lydon and Alan Champ, and we're joined on a regular basis by the knowledgeable Colin Day.

This site aims to explain what the show and it's style of music is all about. If you'd like to get in touch or give us feedback, then check out our Facebook and Twitter links at the top of this page.
